FOUNDATION MONTH

“Safely integrating you into a health conscious and active lifestyle, with movement education, nutrition education, motivation and execution.”

Our Foundation Month is 8-12, one hour personal training sessions, plus nutrition for fat loss and lifelong weight management.

During the next 4 weeks you will:

  • Learn new movement skills and principles
  • Practice those skills
  • Safely challenge those skills
  • Specific mobilization to improve those skills

After you have completed your Foundation Month you may choose to continue with Personal Training. Continue your journey with our coaches’ guidance as you reach your goals and pursue new ones.
